Fremont, Calif. — June 10, 2026 — Forma, the flexible benefits platform that makes it easy for employers to design and scale customizable spending accounts, today announced it has been named to TIME’s 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies. This inaugural ranking recognizes Forma as one of the top 250 workplace-focused technology providers in the country.

In designing this new industry award, TIME partnered with market research firm Statista to assess U.S.-based companies from an initial pool of over 5,000 eligible providers dedicated to the development and provision of workplace technologies. The America’s Top WorkTech Companies ranking is built on two pillars: financial strength and industry impact. Companies do not pay for a spot on the list; inclusion is earned through reputation and results only.
“Being named to TIME's list of America's Top WorkTech Companies reflects the lifestyle benefits category Forma pioneered and the innovation we've driven ever since. More than 300 employers with nearly 1 million employees globally now use Forma, making Lifestyle Spending Accounts a modern workplace must-have. We built the Forma platform to give companies the tools to offer benefits that are genuinely meaningful, and to do it at global scale. We've made our vision a reality, but we're not done pushing boundaries to advance the benefits space,” said Jason Fan, CEO and Co-founder of Forma.
The TIME ranking comes on the heels of significant momentum for Forma, including being named one of America's Best Startup Employers, consistently earning leader badges from G2 for benefits administration and LSAs, and continuing to produce the benefits industry’s definitive benchmarking with its 2026 global lifestyle benefits benchmark report.
